I have been suffereing from depression for a couple of months now. I feel that everything is a task, and that i have little energy. I am usually tired, if not exhausted. I just want to sleep alot. Somedays i wake up and it feels liike i didn't sleep at all! tired all the time, and was just wondering what you all have experienced from your physical symptoms of depression.
