I have a new way of expressing how my severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome feels. It is like having a thousand paper cuts. It will not kill me but inconvenience and pain of it is a huge pain to have to endure.
I am in physical pain this morning. It is more than my regime of pain meds can cover. I am always conscience of my tendency for addiction. If I take my pain meds as with Lortabs (sp?) for an emotional lift, then I am venturing on addiction. However, if I take a extra pain med to deal with the increase amount of pain it emotionally helps me also. When the pain recedes to its normal amount of pain, I emotionally feel a uplift, feel better. Perceptions, hun?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
