I have posted a couple of times but I am just overwhelmed right now...I have a test tomorrow & just can't concentrate on studying because I have so much on my mind. I have a migraine & don't feel well & being ignored by a friend of mine. I want to quit school & just sleep & work. I am sick of this all crap in my life! I just want things to be better, I want to stop being so dammed depressed!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
The migraine may have been brought on by the stress so try taking some migraine meds if you have them, drink some fluids (water or juice...and NOT grapefruit juice as this contravenes a lot of meds) and go take a lie down in the dark for a while.
Just remember...your priority right now is the test, deal with the other stuff afterwards
Take a deep long full body breath...1...2...3...and now EXHALE....1...2....3...and let go....
As someone posted earlier today: take some exlax and let that shit go! :D
I sometimes focus on the most important of the issues and leave the rest until another day when I feel better to be dealing with it.
