I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. You'll want to check out sites that cater to whatever area you're going into. For example, even just talking about tech courses, some may offer only software development for those in the IT industry, so if you want computer use training, you'll have to go to online schools that specialize in that.
If you're talking about academic courses that are typically offered by higher education, more and more colleges and universities are offering online versions of there courses as well.

Be aware that there has been a BIG change in the interface between the current 2007 and the previous 2003 versions. You might want to find out which version you'll be working on so you know which courses to take.
