I am wondering why so many people are leaving this site. I am thinking about leaving at the end of the month, it will be the best for everyone to end it all. I have it all planned out to the T. I came here for support and got none. Many on here are just selfish people. I am not selfish I just want a reason to thrive. I found none. I knw someone has already sent me a note saying I have not been here long enough just wait and it will find you. That is the reason I am giving until the end of the month. That as long as I can wait.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I'm sorry you are in pain, if you need please call a hotline or respond to us here.
If you have your end planned out so detailed, you should get yourself to a hospital and/or call a 1-800# you can find in the front of your local phone book or in the blue area at the bottom of every DS page, at the "crisis hotlines" link.
Details of suicide plans are a red flag to medical/pshych professionals, that immediate intervention is needed, and you have crossed over from thoughts of suicide to a suicidal crisis...meaning, you are in danger and you need immediate intervention to protect yourself.

I hope that you call a crisis line or 911. When you feel a bit more settled, there are many people who are quite supportive.
