I am not doing well today, I had to force myself to go see my counselor today, I almost canceled on him. He's a good guy too, but today is just one of those days...I want to be held and cry but at the same time I don't want to be around anyone. The one and only CD I like to listen to when I am in this mood is f-ing missing....and of course it's one of the few CD's not loaded on my computer, mp3 player or that I burned a back up of...lunch was a tripple breve, two cocnut macaroons and a resses pb cup followed by more coffee...the radio isn't playing anything decent either and I have to leave for work in like 40 minutes...bah.
