I can't eat. I have lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks. Went a week, ate only 2 meals in 7 days. I just went to the grocery store and walked up and down the aisles, nothing. Went to a Chinese restaurant, KFC, Subway. Nothing.
Did eat some candy this morning and a little bit of meat loaf for lunch, but now, nothing.
Its just crazy. Has happened before. I'm on new meds (celexa) since last Tuesday.
AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Its frustrating and scary when you feel so yucky you can't eat. i went through a phase of that, though not as severe as yours.
Is it that you have no appetite, or that food makes you feel sick or something like that?
Also, if you just changed meds, talk to your doctor. It could be a side effect from the change. They'll help you figure it out.
I lost weight when I was a teen, it wasn't intentional; I just couldn't be bothered / wasn't interested.
Unfortunately, once I saw the attention that my accidental eating disorder achieved, I realised it was the only part of my life I could control and it started to spiral. Be careful hun. Its tricky xxx
