As some of you may know, I wake up with anxiety and general nervousness. I was thinking that I have trouble with snoring. I don't think I have sleep apnea but I think not getting enough oxygen has been contributing to possibly waking to high blood pressure (I'm borderline) and anxiety. I think there are many other reasons why I feel depressed but I think my sleeping and breathing are contributing to my bad feelings. I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
