i have begun to realize that the world is turning into a place that caters to kids and families. well, what about those of us that do not like the sound of kids playing? what about those of us that will never have kids (by our own choice) and have never liked them at all? why can't there be places that are advertised more noticably for adults only and no kids like hotels and apartment buildings? i am beginning to think i could make a fortune by running places that do not cater to kids at all. i am sure my friends and i can not be the only ones who can't stand kids all around us all the time. i do not mean to offend the parents here but i need to vent this one as i just spent a train ride home listening to a child scream while his mother ignored him and he gave everyone else a headache. and now i am sitting here listening to the brats living somewhere in my building stand outside and scream and cry because one is being mean to the other. why do i have to listen to it and why don't the parents realize that not every neighbour loves kids and wants to hear them playing and crying? argh!!!!!!!!!!!!
