Hi,there's a lot that ppl on here don't know about me and what all is contributing to my depression. Something happened to me over 20 yrs ago and i just stuffed it down really far inside of me, and now it's coming back to haunt me..I'm having to deal with it and having serious nightmares about it to the point where i'm not sleeping as well as the pills should allow me to..I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how i can over come what has happened to me so i can stop having these night mares...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

If you have never talked about it before it's like an old wound opening up.It's upto you if you wnt to try to face what has happened instead of burrying it.But if you do I think these bad dreams and thoughts will surface for a while until you deal with your past x
