Hi I'm new here so I'd thought I'd say hello (I'm working on being more social in the "real world" so I figure I should in the virtual world too). I've suffered from depression for many years and have recently come out of a bit of a downward spiral but am doing well. I'm curious if anyone out there has been using mindfulness, meditation and/or yoga to help work with their depression. I've been reading about it and have started a plan based around it and am finding it helpful but I'd like insight from anyone who has been doing it for awhile. Namaste/Peace
