I am rather new at this. I heard about it in the hospital and heard it helps and boy do I need help. I have Major and Post Partum along with PTSD. I just want to feel better and no matter how hard I try things just don't get better. I have been hospitalized twice in three months. Anybody got any suggestions or has anybody been here before.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. write in your journal as much as you like as well, your friends will keep up to date with it and help you make sense of how you feel and of things you talk about.
and i find it helpful to talk to others about their problems and stuff, makes me feel grateful for what i do have.
