My therapist at my hospital's day program wants me to joural.I balked about doing so. I used to journal. I could spend a couple of hours journaling at a time. I will but in on my website for all of you to visit if you wish. I will keep 'realitively' morally decent... not 100%... put will try.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I do not do it on the PC because i get better results writing it on paper, i also use my left hand to do it, which is meant to release more of what is going on inside. I do about an hour a day journalling.
I also find it scary at times and sometimes refuse to do it.....cause i don't want to know or face something.
You can borrow my new name if you like, it is,
'avoidance' :-)
Good luck and i am glad you are getting help and using what they advise you to.
