I want to learn guitar. That's what I've decided I'm going to do instead of sit here worrying about work tomorrow. Now I can play a few chords that I picked up from books but I soon lose interest because the progress is so slow. I don't really have time for lessons so I thought I would just ask all you overly creative people (depression has been linked to creativity) if there are any good interactive CD's, internet resources, learning methods etc, that will get me up and running fairly quickly. I'm afraid I have a very short attention span.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
