Lately I've been having such a hard time in the mornings. I'm on an antidepressant that also helps me sleep. I can't figure out if it's the depression breaking through or the medicine. I've been on the max dose since early March, so I'm inclined to think that it's not the meds. Anyone else worse in the mornings? I really have a hard time just moving - I'm so tired.

Anyway, you're not alone.
I do hate being this way. I've always been a morning person.
