I lived with an ex-boyfriend for four years who was diagnosed as bipolar. The highs are high and the lows are low. Understand that you do not make her miserable. She may feel that way at times. When the depression hits her she may feel as though everyone and everything in her life makes her miserable. Do not take this personally. She loves you. Does your daughter receive treatment such as medication or therapy? If not, I highly recommend it. I think it is good for you to be strict because people with bipolar disorder can often hurt themselves and others. My ex would not come home for days sometimes and I would get a phone call that he was in jail or in the hospital. I think when she is calm it will help for you to talk to her calmly. Try to help her rationalize what she is going through because she is trying to understand her disorder as much as you are. If you want to talk you can send me a message. I wish you both the best.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
