I am so sick of people mocking mental illnesses. I see stuff on facebook and twitter about people being "depressed" about things like a tv show that they watch ending or some other random daily thing. I saw a post on facebook today that said "Seriously depressed about Breaking Bad ending." You're not seriously depressed. You probably don't even know what serious depression is. I find is so offensive. I have also heard people say things like "man, I'm so bipolar" because of a change in emotions or "I'm gonna go cut myself" in a jokingly manner. Sometimes, people even joke about suicide. These are all very offensive. People should not joke about these things. If only they knew some people's struggles...
