i would really like to suggest a self help therapy book i have as i have found it really helpful to me and i think it would help out so many people on this site who are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, guilt or shame. The book is named 'mind over mood' and it is written by Dennis Greenberger & Christine A. Padesky. It helps to change the way you feel by changing the way you think, and has many helpful worksheets within it that help you understand more about yourself and your life. It also helps you to achieve goals you want to reach and has a very useful thought record worksheet where you fill it in when you are struggling with your thoughts, and you can end up understanding why you are thinking that way. I find it very helpful and i think this book will be useful for life not just to overcome an illness. very recommended to everyone here, it will help so much more than you could imagine from a book.
