has anyone had any experience with both of these professionals, who could tell me if psychopharmacologists indeed have more expertise? i have been depressed my whole life, everyone keeeps telling me to try medications but nothing has worked. i have only visited regular psychiatrists. should i try to see someone more specialized?

there are some doctors in my zip code who advertise themselves this way, i was wondering if i could have better luck with them than with a regular psychiatrist.
