I just made the biggest step in my life since I've talked to so many people about it.. tomorrow, before my pysc class starts I'm going up to my school and meeting with my instructor for starters to get comfortable and talk with her with some things.. then after wards, I'm going to go and try their counselors there and go see them.. and talk.. tell them everything.. and try and get some solutions and ways to deal with all these emotions and urges that came with depression.. yes this is a big leap forward for me, but I think its time to go and get some advice and help from someone who knows what they are doing instead of seeking help from friends.. also to leave all these horrible things come along with depression away and look forward in life.. and try getting a different perspective on things instead of looking at it as darkness, pain, suffering.. its time to let some light into thisgirls life.. I hope I can keep this up, and make a difference in my life..
