...the inevitable has happened and it is my sad duty to inform you that i have been incarcerated No not by the funny farm but WHATEVER BASTARD MADE MONDAY SO EVIL THAT THE SECOND I GET HOME I FIND I CAN NO LONGER GET OUT BECAUSE THE LOCK IS STUCK! I know i wanted to come home but this is ridiculous. FRONT AND BACK DOORS ARE SEMI-FROZEN SHUT AND I AM STUCK IN A ROOM WITH A VERY SMELLY TRAY OF CATLITTER!
I'm beginning to feel like that writer fella in misery. Keep walking past the bathroom and expecting Kathy Bates to jump out with a sledgehammer to beat me into submission! I have kicked, body slammed and tried to pick the latch with a hairclip it is like trying to escape from Alcatraz! And no one's home for four hours!!! ARRGGGHH!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
