I was wondering if anyone is on lithium. I have bipolar disorder and have been put on lithium for the mania, but right now my main issue is depression. I've never heard of it helping with depression, but he is the head of psychiatry and assures me that if I give it time it will be a more effective long-term treatment than an antidepressant. Just thought I'd see if anyone else has had any experience with lithium for depression. Thanks!
