I'm not a regular on the board but do come here once in a while to try to learn, help, support.
My pdoc added Lexapro into my "cocktail" this past Thursday.
I've been looking things uo here and on the internet and finding lots of mixed messages. Overall I think I'm getting positive info. But~I would like to hear from real people. If any of you are on Lexapro and have the chance~could you please let me know your expereinces; good or bad.
Thanks so much. Take care everyone.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Was a wee pissed when I found that out!!!
