It's strange I have been in some seriously depressed phases in my life where the s*** has hit the fan and everything is going catastrophically wrong. Yet I never had trouble sleeping, I always slept like a baby. But for the last month I have not had a full nights sleep, I am struggling to get to sleep, waking up in the middle of the night and waking up early than usual. It's stress and worry over exams and being overworked. Funny how being overworked mentally can make it hard to sleep, you would think it would be easy. I have some diazepam left over which my doctor gave me for back pain but truth be told I'd rather not take it. Would prefer natural sleep. Any suggestions?
My TDoc wants me to write down my PTSD nightmares/visions so we can discuss them. So basically, write down your worst experience so we can go over them. Does this sound, right?
