I need help keeping on track, I know what depression is, I know how it effects me and my life. I came up with a daily work sheet( Including showering, 30 min. walk, feed my dog,ect.) so that I could check off daily tasks that I'm having trouble doing. All I do is sleep- I'm having trouble doing basic everyday things. I though this list would help, but now I just feel lazy because I did'nt complete my list of very easy basic daily tasks. I'm worried that I'll never get back on track-Help!
