Having some issues just getting out of bed.
Have two gorgous girls relying on me, an amazing husband that loves me unconditionally and I still cant get it right.
It seems so basic when you talk about it and there are so many solutions to how to do it and I still cant. I spend every day wishing it wasn't that day. wishing I could just be better than what I am.
Why is it all so dam hard for some and comes so easy for others. I am always putting it down to just being Lazy and the guilt can become so intense I can only sleep or drink. I know I am hard on myself but geez I not doing to well!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have been in my pajamas all day and haven't washed...it's a constant struggle
to motivate myself. I need help and am seeking all the help I can get right now.
I am glad you posted, know that you are not alone, there are many who cannot get up of the couch. I don't know what's the depression or the chronic fatigue.
I keep trying everything because I still have hope and have seen some progress.
Baby steps one forward two back and vice versa, but progress nonetheless, so hang in there and get all the help you need.
