We tend to wallow in the self pity of our depression. We wonder how we can get out of this rut. Well, the question is what have you done TODAY to help you get better? Whether it be reading a self help book, talking to someone, going for a walk, or even just having a good cry or screamfit. You are the only one who can ultimately make yourself better. What have you done today towards that? Just my 2 cents.
