When we are battling depression we all have those moments where we are happy for a period of time. How do we keep being happy once we are there. We have a defeatist atttitude when it comes to happiness. We think it won't last anyway, which causes us to think about our depression, which causes our happiness to end. We must figure out how to not to do defeatist things to destroy our good mood. The question is how. The answer is different for each of us. Find strenght not weakness in your happiness. Just my 2 cents.
