Hi all. Just really depressed today. I had been doing really good for almost two solid months but I'm getting that "depressed" feeling back that nobody can really understand unless they themselves are depressed. I wish I knew how to fix this. I just hate myself right now. The thing is that there is really no reason for me to be so depressed. There is my weight that Im trying to lose, there is the schoolwork I'm trying to complete and of course there is just general life stuff. It is stressful but it isn't impossible and yet I feel like all I want to do is stay in bed all day. I wish this feeling would just go away.
