I am so jealous of happy people. It gets to the point of being angry at people who are laughing, etc. Does anyone else ever feel this way? Doesn't it suck?

I found for several months I would get angry when someone would call me about something good in their lives. I am working my way past all my resentment of other's happiness but I admit there are still lots of times when I think everyone should be as miserable as I am. We will get thru this too. I am actively pursuing this in therapy, it isn't fair to my friends and family that I begrudge them their happiness. But yes, you absolutely are not alone!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
