the advice ive heard the most is that it gets better and to stay strong.
but how do i do that??
i just feel like my life is becoming to much.
there always seems to be something that upsets me or sends me off the edge.
it doesnt seem like its ever gonna get better.
it just seems impossible to get better, when im feeling this bad all the time.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I tend to get my pen and paper out and write down all the things that are bugging me. After that I mark all the stuff that I can do something about (some problems have to be dealt by others so you don't have control over those really...like building or legal stuff). Then with the ones I can deal with I get separate bits of paper and write the problem as a header and then write down what I think are possible solutions to them and whether I can solo it or need help from someone esle.
Also when I find myself getting overwhelmed I tend to drop back in activity a bit..some things don't need to be dealt with on that day get postponed for example.
My BF usually has a look at my lists and will point out ones that will resolve itself in time that I am fretting about and so I cross them off the list.
Well......that's what I do at any rate
