At some point in your life, you have to be realistic and evaluate all your options. Humans have a limit, I have a limit on how much pains I can take. It has been really taking a toll on me for the past 10+ years.
Despite all the pains/sufferings I went through, I always strived to be a good person and live happy/successful life. But it never worked out. Life is never fair. I just happened to be on the wrong side of life. It just never worked out.
Nobody deserves to live a life full of torture/sufferings/depression. Maybe I am so terrible of a person to deserve good, happy life. I just don't see a point in life that is full of endless tortures/sufferings.
Maybe life is indeed a roll of dice. But I have to accept it anyway. I just can't fathom life can be this much painful, torturous for any human being.
Is this it?

I know it's hard. It really is but you've made it this far. Everyone goes through very tough times and it's how we deal with them that makes us diffrent. I hope you feel better soon.

I have ask my self that same question so many times Is this it. I try and look past the depression and realize that it is just a small part of my life. I will live my life despite this. So depression is not all there is there is a life to lead also. So I try to live it the best way I know how

I'm probaly not the best to answer this because I dont really know how I hold on to life. I just keep my faith and know there has to be something better and I try to find it....little by little. Appreciate the little things.

Compassion with yourself in the face of depression is important. I recommend Cheri Huber's book: The Depression Book. You can read reviews on it in Amazon. As for your question, I don't think this is it there is still more which might be a lifelong journey for you.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
