I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
if its yours kick him out
if he wont do it willingly call the cops
YES.
Do what you have to do for YOU. If need be, call the police to deal with his drug issues. If the phone is in your name, call the phone company and ask about getting a block placed on 1-900 numbers.
And I'm sorry but he doesn't "just have to lie", he just DOES because he has no respect for you. Being a liar is a CHOICE, and he choses to disrespect you.
There is also the YWCA if there's one in your area, and also check with your local churches. Some of them offer help for women in your situation, or know of resources where you can get it.
If you are reaching out for help, you probably needt to get out ASAP.
