Or does anyone else get that "on the verge of tears" feeling constantly throughout the day? I don't want to give in to it and cry, I am tired of crying but I don't know how to make it stop. Will the medication I am on (Lexapro 10mg) stop this when it gets into my system (I have only been on it about 2 weeks).
I feel pathetic but I am hoping this verge of tears deal will go away soon.
Thanks for your replies.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
If you can cry I would cry.
I think it does help to have a good cry every once and awhile, but all the time? I'm tired of it!
Thanks for the replies all.
