My doc put me on Neurontin to help me sleep and also to help with my mood swings. I read that Neurontin is used to treat bipolar. The combo I'm on with Neurontin is helping. I've not felt this good this long for awhile now. The combo is Effexor 300mg a day, buspar 60mg a day both at max for my size and than Neurontin was added about 3 to 4 weeks ago at 100mg or 200mg at nightime and 100mg during the day if needed. Well 100mg at nightime did jack for me so now I'm at 200mg since about 2 to 3 weeks now. I only took the 100mg for maybe three days. Since this combo is actually working now with the Neurontin added does that mean that I'm bipolar? just wondering I see my doc in 2 weeks. Hope everyone is doing well.
