I think it can be ,but in my case the doctors say it is probibly from my head injury . My brother has been Dx as bipolar and the doc's can't give an answer because of the head injury they say it could be so they say its for sure chronic I have mood swings but little or no manic times and nor does my brother I know that there is bipolar without being manic .I now have a son that is ahowing sighns of depression the mood swings anger we have an appointment for a intake on fri so we can get him some help so what do you all think .
