My so-called friends just worked me over a good one too. It was devastating! I feel like I can't trust anyone.

one invisible to another -- your depression and/or emotional state can cause you to feel that way -- disconnected and numb. When you feel that way, that is what you project. And you may well get overlooked, not heard, not seen as much as other people. But it is not them doing that to you, it is what you are attracting, or not, to yourself. If you are like me, you reject yourself because you yourself were rejected. That is what you need to change in order to be positively noticed.

i see you. learned a while ago, these "friends" aren't really friends, buddies, maybe, but if you can't trust them, they're not your friends. if they're not all out there for you, they're not your friends. there are certain people you can't hope for the best in... i was stuck like you once i got outta highschool and everything, but you get over that, you meet new people, some suck but some are alright too... learn to take things w/ a grain of salt and just be yourself... true friends will love you for that

i usually feel like the puzzle piece that doesnt fit quite right. doesnt matter what type of crowd im in i just feel like i dont belong. Its probably do to a low self esteem. Then i put so much on my plate, overburden myself, trying to get people to like me that it makes it impossible sometimes to get anything done.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
