Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I don't really know where to start... This lady is more than a legend... She really is the kindest person I have ever met. She has been so nice to me, so so nice, I have never had anyone be as nice to me in my life as she is... I can't really get my head around it.
I have never met anyone that cares so much about others than her... Not only does she show this by the way she treats her friends on here, but by the fact she takes in 10's and 10's of stray cats, each one she loves to bits!
You only have to look at her journals to see how important others are to her.
She helped me through the recent death of my beloved dog Streak, sending me multiple messages of support everyday. I could not possibly thank her enough for everything she has already done for me. I'm proud to have been adopted as her DS son :) I care for her as though she is family...
Please, if you have two seconds spare, drop by and let her know she's not alone, although I hope she knows that now already... She really is a wonderful woman, and I am not sure I have ever been as thankful for anybody in my life as I am for her.
