I just got off the phone with a friend who is toying with the idea of going to therapy. She is afraid to go for one reason and another, so I suggested she watch a new show by Dr. Keith Ablow - in Portland, it is on channel 8 at 12:30pm. He is a forensic psychologist, and I think does a remarkable job taking people through the therapeutic process. He is very good at getting to what lies underneath our everyday masks we wear. If you want a chance to see what therapy is all about (or should be) watch his show, and you won't have to pay a dime!!!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
