I wish I had friends like you all. I'm not very good at this. I am calling my dr tomorrow for her to set up my going into the hospital to get better. It's the hardest thing I have ever had to do. But I know I have to do it for me.
Maybe then I will know what to say instead of always being sad and unable to make a single coherant thought in this screwed up head of mine.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
