I was not sure if I could withstand five hours with my chronic fatigue plus being I do not like being around people. However, I did well and I met some people who wanted to get better and understood that "I cannot get better, but I can get better" because that is how they felt also. There seems to be a lot of people in here that understand that though they have not said so themselves. I did learn a least one significant aspect of my mental illness, that I hope will make living with chronic depression and anxiety a bit easier to live with.
