For the last few months I have been emotional eating & finidng it hard to want to eat healthily. Sometimes I feel like I dont care anymore and just want to give up. I think that if im able to get my nutrition and exercise back on track it could really help my mood. How do I make myself want to eat healthily?How do people that are depressed get motivated? I just dont get that feeling at all its just like a black cloud is over me.
