can someone help me out i feel like im going crazy im sure its the time of year i have no parents but have a loving husband and 3 beautiful girls and the greatest granddaughter she is my princess. any how ive been feeling like im restless and not in control of me my husbands aunt died just a few weeks ago and i think that may have triggered alot of feelings like when i lost my parents i either want to sleep or i feel wired to the max im not good at explaining things any help would be great i have been to the dr a few times and have been on the phone with the dr,s most every day they say it will pass but i need to know when out of control

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I can relate to the grief. I've lost almost all loved ones & this time of the year (holidays) is the hardest thinking about all the good times & memories.
Deaths can often trigger unresolved grief issues we have from the loss of loved one. I am sorry you feel so bad.
