I have been suffering from Depression for years and got help once and felt better but i am having such a hard time now. I didn't continue with help and there is so much going on. The problems is i have a daughter now, so my time is limited. I don't know what to do. How to approach this.

You have to find a way to get the help you need, your daughter needs her Mother to be healthy. It is obvious that you love your daughter, there has got to be a way to find a sitter while you go to counseling. Are you on anti-depressants? Keep talking here too, this site has helped me so much, and I am a much better Mother to my two boys after finding this site and getting the support from the wonderful people here. Hugs to you!
