Stay On The Safe Side!

Hello DS'ers...this is SafeSideSuperChick...No, I am NOT the real Safe Side Super Chick...but I am the DS SafeSideSuperChick...here to keep DS safe from online predators.

Both the real Safe Side Super Chick and I are BOTH Sexual Abuse Survivors. And, both of us are committed to Sexual Abuse Awareness, Prevention and Healing.

I have seen MANY online predators trying to lure our teens and adults into compromising relationships. This is not safe.

SafeSideSuperChick is here to let online predators know that I have my eye on them...and I will expose and report their luring behavior.

I am also going to start a public journal entry--10/15/07--where DS'ers can come and publicly announce their suspicions of Online predators...and can even follow-up for those who have been BANNED!

I strongly encourage every DS'er that notices a potential online predator, to report it to Doug via the Report Abuse Link. Even if you're not 100% sure, go ahead and report it, and Doug will investigate it.

We're ALL in this together! Let's Stay on the Safe Side!

don't be to sure of that cerridwen---i have met some very odd men on here...one guy asked me to marry him, and i'm NOT joking. it was really weird....and they're are some other creepy old men, one guy was 30, he asked if i was single...i told him i had a bf, and he went away.....and alot of 35+ men have been interested in talking to me and it weirds me out. some are nice others are odd.

Be careful Jax! Who knows, this could be another one of those men! You don't know that and anybody who is a newbie, coming on here, saying this type of thing, and says STOP with the questioning ought to be reported to Doug.

Jax agreed, some people are weirdos. They are on DS..the problem here is her not being willing to answer our questions. That's weird..I'm glad that she's been reported. It's just strange to me. It would seem that she would WANT to answer our questions and put us at ease about her. That's all we're saying.

exactly I was like totally into the idea until i saw both journal and thread. I was seriously gonna come on here defending her thinking maybe you were all being too suspicious but I'm glad I got the other side now.

I'm with all of you on this one. Besides I think we are pretty good at spotting trouble. This is a red flag to me.

Ya know...you guys just can't take it for what it's worth.

I have no problems answering questions...as I have answered all the questions posed. I just do not want to get sucked into this array of questioning and accusations that I am a 'Troll' or 'Predator'...or a fake...just as has been done.

GET REAL!

Why I joined the Teen Communities, is to let the TEENS know that I am here, and I am watching out for them.

Why don't you guys go check some of the teens friends lists and just see how many older men are in the girls friends list.

How many of you got the message about TT123 in your DS message box?? OK...now how many of you just forwarded it on?? And, how many of you actually looked into what TT123 was doing?? How many of you reported TT123 to Doug as abuse?? Hmm...let me venture to say...NONE reported it as abuse.

Take what you like and leave the rest.

If you think I am not who I say I am, then go along your merry way...Keep your comments to yourself.

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
