I lost my sister 18 years ago today. I have shared this with maybe a handful of people here at DS. It was this moment,18 years ago that changed my life forever and played alot into my mood disorders, ect. On this day so many years ago I lost her and myself. An hour ago, I held her hand as her heart stopped beating. I left that moment without my best friend and sister with me in this life. What I would like is if you have time...can you please send some prayers, positive energy and positive thoughts my way? Anything to help me get through this horrible time in my life. Thank you.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Remember the good times until you meet again.
Hugs and positive energy being sent your way.
I'll say a prayer for you.
((((HUGS))))

I have to take my oldest son today to start meds for the bipolar they just dx him with. Just a crap day. We all get them and I am sure that I will get through just fine. Thank you.
I am sure your sister would be very proud of the caring, lovely person you have became.
Somehow she is still with you by your side.
As much as it hurts, I'm sure your sister would be unhappy to see that you're having such a hard time with it. Perhaps you could do something special today in her memory (if you don't already do that). Big hugs to you xxxx
She was buried the day before Thanksgiving and I just remember that god awful meal coming in the home from people we didnt even know who wanted to help out.
I am going to the cemetary on Thanksgiving to honor her and put things up there for her.
Thanks mel.
