...to even post this...I am struggling. Not like that is new. Still going to therapy. Seeing a Dr nearly once a week(missed last week). Maybe starting art therapy, but can t even look forward to the next second. Some is explained in my journal. I am in a really bad spot.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I know it's easier sad than done, but try not to beat yourself up.
And it's okay to be needy when you don't know where else to turn.
We often forget to nurture ourselves. As a mom you obviously nurture your children 24/7, but how much of that love do you extend to yourself?
It doesn't have to be anything major. Something as simple as curling up in a chair with a blanket and a warm cup of herbal tea ... or hot chocolate. Just anything where you can "decompress" from your busy day.
