Hi all. I have a question. Okay, I've been on Zoloft now (at 100 mg per day) for about 2 1/2 months and I'm feeling great. I feel like for the most part my depression has really lifted. But this is my question. How will I know when I DON'T need anti-d's to make me feel this way? Obviously I will consult with my Dr. before coming off a treatment program. But have any of you had a moment when you felt--okay, I think I can handle this by myself now.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
