Hello guys. I've just arrived at a hotel where I'm going to be all week on a training course. This place is in the middle of nowhere. One of those conference centre type places. So far I'm the only one here and I startd to feel a bit lonely and I could feel the depression starting to decend again. So I thought I'd have a look in here and say heelo to you lot. At least I have some virtual friends to talk to :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
