A certain DS member posted in their journal how they wanted help getting a book published w/out going bankrupt. No one responded. With that in mind, I want to say that we DSers don't often read journals. My advice is that if you need ideas, help, or whatever post it as a discussion so that you get a response right away. This is a large community and sometimes we can't respond or give our full attention to everyone. As for the book- you might have to risk going bankrupt in order to follow your dream. I'm starting to believe that you have to risk failure sometimes in order to succeed. Risk is just that. Taking chances. You also risk success!!!

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
